They’ve almost got the bar thing right here. You can get a little plastic room-charge card, so no need to carry money. Perfect. Except they still make you sign a paper voucher, which of course is instantly soaked and soggy. Ah well.

We’re here in Mexico until the 15th, and then back up to LA for eight days; back in Melbourne on the 25th.

Sounds like you are having a ball. Very jealous. Ian and I are also massive fans of the swim-up bar….. am especially keen on them if you sit there, drinking margaritas and reading a book while the poor people have to walk in the heat….. Ah, I can almost taste it!

Hi! Glad all is going well for you so far. I never did like orange much. Seems like a lot of tourist places – you need the nice locals to protect you from the others. Still quite hot here – getting all the washing done now I’m alone again. Supposed to be not quite so hot tomorrow. Have one at the swim-up bar for me. Have fun! I’m missing my cuddles, Campbell.
