RSSWhy bother making appointments?

I had an appointment to see my doctor at 2pm. At 2.15 his receptionist took me in to his office. It’s now 2.30 and no sign. Same thing happened last time.
I realise that these are busy people who are much in demand. But so am I!
Surely after this many years of the medical profession they would be a little better at scheduling?
